As soon as we returned from vacation, I sent Husband over to Costco to drop off three rolls of film for developing, as well as loading the images on CD. Well, their CD burner was down, but the photos were scanned so they would be able to create the CD once the machine was up and running...OK, I can wait a day or two...that was Saturday, today is Wednesday. I called Costco again to find out if the machine was fixed. It was, but one of the clerks had deleted the scanned films! ARRRGGGHHH!!! So during my lunch break today I rushed home to get the negatives and rushed over to drop them off. They should be ready by the time I get off work tonight. So tomorrow I should have CD in hand in order to load vacation images for your viewing pleasure. Works in Progress Triangle-shaped shawl knit out of this beautiful silk/mohair/wool blend loopy yarn hand-painted by Danette Taylor. Boa-type scarf out of Colinette Mohair and Isis yarns. Here's a picture of the project. Colinette Boa.jpg ChicKami, Sprout, and Kool Wool/Dune Scarf are all stalled on the needles. I scratched the sock knitting. The day before leaving on vacation, I went into my LYS with my swatch and was told I was a loose woman, I mean a loose knitter. They suggested I go down a needle size and knit tighter. OK. So I began the ribbing with the dpn’s. Needless to say, I was not having a good time - so I frogged it and went on to another Kureyon Bag.
